Provided by YP.comWe purchased a full living room suit including endtables and a coffee table on April 5, 2008 with a deposit of our first payment of $246.00. They delivered the couch, love seat and 2 recliners on April 11th but no tables. they said that they were on back order and should be in within a week. On April 22nd I went into the store again to ask where my tables were and they said that they were still on back order and weren't sure when they would come in. I ask to get another set to rel=place the ones I ordered but that I only wanted 3 endtables instead of the coffee table and 2 end tables. They only had one set that they could split up like that, fortunely they went with the furniture perfectly and were the ones my husband had liked in the first place. The salesman said that he would give them to me for only 200.00 more. I told him that I didn't wish to purchase a different set, just replace the set they hadn't delivered and did not want to add any more cost to what we had already spent. After saying that if he didn't just replace the set he could have his guys come and pick up the whole set of furniture did he finally give in and give me the tables at the same price. then they only had 2 of the tables in the store and that as soon as the other table came in they would call me. Here it is May 12, 2008 and I still have not received my third table. I just called them and they said that it should be in sometime this week. We shall see!! They took the first scheduled monthly payment out of my bank account this week but haven't giving my full set of furniture. I would suggest you go someplace else to buy your furniture.

Provided by YP.comWe bought a complete living room set in Nov. 05', we also helped our son purchase a living room set (after promises of repair to ours, "what were we thinking")? Our set broke down (the springs and wood on all pieces) within a year. Our sons recliner fell apart within a month of purchase. We were initially told our couch was not made correctly from the manufacturer and they would replace it, they changed their mind and said they would repair it. It still is not totally repaired the rest of the furniture is not repaired and there has been no effort on their part to repair further. My sons recliner is not repaired. It will be 2 years in Nov. 07'(for ours). I paid cash for my furniture so I cannot complain to my charge co. I can only go on their word which so far has been useless. This furniture should have been replaced. No we are not big people and I do not have small children, I do have a teenager but she doesn't bounce on the furniture.
