Our new servers are nearly complete and our workstations have ALL been upgraded....these guys are DEFINETLY worth a look!

GPTS does not install legal Windows. I was given a burned disk with a stick on label & paper with the COA printed on it. Questioned it not being a legal copy; was told GPTS had a "special" arrangement with Microsoft where they only purchase the COA's and provide the disks themselves. After a couple of months my system came up WINDOWS NOT GENUINE. I called GPTS & was told it said legal when given it to me so anything from delivery was "my problem". Not GPTS fault, it was legal, Microsoft does it trying to get people to upgrade to Win 10. I called Microsoft: it is NOT A LEGAL COPY and NOT A LEGAL COA. They have no purchasing programs as was described to me. So now I am stuck, must buy Win 7 again & reload all of my stuff. This costs me time and $$$$$. I say BULL & so does Microsoft. And if such an arrangement existed, why wouldn't / shouldn't John Grace act as a go between to resolve this issue? I paid for a system with legal Win 7 and did not get it so NEW BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Decent system but does not support the Windows 7 software he puts on it. Gave me a copied disk with sheet of paper with the COA on it. After a couple of month it came up NOT GENUINE. Call Mr. Grace, not his fault, it was legal blah blah. Called Microsoft and they say it is NOT A LEGAL COPY. So now I am stuck, have to buy again someplace else and then reload all of my stuff. Costs me time and $$$$$, but it's not his fault! He says it was genuine when he have it to me so I must have done something. Horsecrap is all I can say. If he really had an arrangement with Microsoft to buy legal copies of Windows Microsoft would know it or he would be able to service and act as go between to resolve this issue.
