Normally I am not the person to write reviews. In this case I made the exception and decided it would be best to warm prospective customers of our issues. The positive of this bar is Saturday night karaoke, the disadvantage is the service. The drinks are overpriced and there's a waitress called "Izzie" who took a twenty for a ten dollar purchase and refused to refund the money. We saw our server maybe twice, the bartenders don't know what they're doing and take forever to even look at you. There is no drink menu, and most drinks they can't make because they lack the ingredients. When we left the waitress claimed that we didn't tip her (though many in our group did-some did not due to her attitude and the missing money) and the owner/manager told us we might as well not come back (note, the manager had not been informed of our displeasure over ten dollars evaporating into oblivion's wallet and told us so only on the premise that we failed to tip to their liking). So I chose to write this review, I've been to this bar before and it has fallen to an all-time low. I will not be back if only for the fact that they need to redesign their liquor cabinet and their staff.
