horrible staff lady. I went in with a disability man that can't hear or talk to get a new Ohio ID. She refuse to look at the paperwork. She said, Social Security office is lazy and not doing its job to sent him over to them to get a card first. He must have social security card first, she went on and on about social security office being lazy in front of everyone. This older lady needs to get out of this business she has no people skills.
