When pain is managed properly, the net result is a more active lifestyle, which in itself leads to a healthier existence.

WORST DOCTORS OFFICE EVER!! They ONLY want to do expensive procedures which they receive a kickback for, whether or not it is applicable to your issue or covered by insurance. I've been going here for 7yrs... this USED to be a good office until National Pain Care bought them. Now they can't keep the same Dr for more than 3 months, they don't even answer the phone in this office, if calls are answered at all, it's done by the KY office (145mi away in another state!) after 10 min ave hold time you get transferred to wait again. Misplaced files, poor bedside manner, lack of professionalism, untrained staff and an average of 5 hours wait per visit, has finally ticked me off enough to switch Dr's AND tell everyone about this poor excuse for a pain Dr's office.

And BTW Anthony K. maybe you are but - not everyone who takes pain meds is an addict and not everyone who tells the TRUTH about the sad state of this office takes illicit drugs. And no I have never had a dirty urine in 7yrs I've needed pain meds, and this was my only pain med Dr! Please, do yourself a favor and stay away from this money hungry corporate entity and find yourself a good independent pain Dr. that actually CARES ABOUT YOU (the patient) to get the best therapy for your pain, be it medication or procedures. You deserve better and so do i!

unimaginable wait times...

My husband has beem coming here for a couple of years now. Dr. Is good & treatment has been good for him also. He is disabled & is not supposed to sit at a 90 degree angle for more than 30 minutes at a time. The only reason I am giving a 2 star review is because every time we come down here (it is an hour drive for us) it takes atleast 4 to 5 hours before he is seen. I am currently waiting on him to get finished at this very moment. His appt was at 11:45am and it is currently almost 3pm. We are still in the waiting room. As a caretaker it is hard to see him go through more pain sitting in uncomfortable chairs & having to get up and move every so often only for them to tell him to restrict the compression on his spine by avoiding sitting in these positions. A new pain center has opened up in our area & he is unable to change drs because he is established at this one, which I understand fully but for us to spend 5 hours at an office plus a 2 hour drive time is uncalled for. To me this speaks of greed when a drs office schedules people so often that they are behind as soon as they open. Its not an assembly line & sadly many doctors do not care how late they are running but are quick to cancel or charge their patients for running behind. I wish I could give a better rating for this place but as a full time student, caretaker, and business owner I simply cannot justify spending my whole day at a drs office that sees you for 10 minutes.

Reviews By anyone (such as the 2 listed before mine) slamming this place are simply addicts who fail drugs tests and cannot get the fix they were looking for and are the ones who make it bad for others. This place does not simply cover up the pain with medication, they also try to find the cause of your pain and see what options there are to make you better! I went to another pain Dr. for YEARS and all they did was cover up the pain with medication and never did the proper things I needed to have a better life. Now it will take longer to get there because of this other doctor I had previously. I am sure the other reviewers would love that Dr. (out of business) so they can get the "fix" they are looking for. And reviewer Asshlgera A. you say they do not know what they are doing? How about you check your grammar! (what is "they dont know how is how know you been" all about?) And Nicholas H. Getto drs? I see your little picture there on your profile, you failed a drug test didn't you pot head!
