Provided by YPmobileI visited the Huber Heights location on Friday, January 24, 2014. I had my mother in law and my two sons (ages 2 and 3) with me. While being seen, my three year-old needed to use the restroom. My mother in law asked for a restroom and was denied. She tried to explain that my son is a toddler and cannot hold his bladder for long periods of time. The secretary, Kathy Green, did not seem to care as she spouted off a "HIPAA law" that prohibits use of their restroom facility. My mother in law (age 52) had to walk both of my toddlers to an adjacent facility during a level one snow emergency so that my son could use a toilet. How ridiculous!! The HIPAA law has everything to do with access to personal files, which should be in a locked file cabinet or within a computer requiring a password. In no way should my son or mother in law have had access to personal files while simply walking to and from a restroom. Mind you, I am nearly seven months pregnant and have personally used the restroom in that facility twice within the last month or so. It's not that they have no public restroom; they are just very selective as to who is allowed to use it. Three year-old little boys apparently do not make the cut.
