Absolutely the worst experience when I bought a watch for my wife. She wanted a leather strap, so the store agreed to get that done (for a price of course). This was in May 2014, and we finally got the watch back in Nov. 2014. During this time we contacted the store's management on a regular basis to get a status update...their answer, we will call you. No one did. At one point they could find no record of the watch (really!!!). Totally frustrating treatment...and this is after we spent $15K on various items in this store over the last 12 months. The store manager Pamela T. lied blatantly, made promises she had no intention of fulfilling and was generally a bad ambassador for the Osterman brand and a bad example to the rest of the team working at the store.



I called the area sales manager to provide feedback on my experience thinking she would be interested in learning about my situation, which could help improve customer service and to try to keep me as a customer. I just wanted Osterman to acknowledge my frustration and ensure it did not happen again. She left me a voice message....which in essence said.."I am not sure how I can help you". Conclusion: "I could not care less".



Needless to say, Osterman is not on my list of places to visit, if I want to buy any Jewelry in the future. I prefer to spend my money where it is appreciated.



In summary: lousy customer service, economical with the truth (I am being kind) and totally untrustworthy.
