- I signed two two-year leases for a specific amount, but I was forced to pay more than what I signed the lease for all four years that I lived here

- They charge you $50 for an extremely small yard, but they let the vacant homes grow a forest before they mow it.

- The Properties expect you to carry heavy things 100 feet from the parking lot, but they can pull right up to the back door to do their work. The Properties doesn't care about your well being.

- When I was closing out my lease, they tried to overcharge me utilities for a month that I did not live in the house. The Properties overcharge you for wanting to leave only because they know they know they will not fill the vacancy quickly. To put the cherry on top, I asked for someone to get back to me with more than estimate on my final utility bill and I get a collection notice.

- The only plus in all of this, is the maintenance crew is personable and do the best with what they are given, which isn’t much.

Overpriced, arrogant staff, and constant "sf" issues. Look elsewhere...

Save yourself, don't move here. Not only are the new houses poorly built with the lowest quality materials, the management is inept and doesn't respond to complaints with anything other than too bad for you, you'll just have to deal with it. They don't maintain anything, including mowing the grass or keeping the advertised walking paths clear. It is certainly not worthy of being called military housing. The maintenance staff is nice, but it always seems like they have their hands tied on what they can do. The quality of residents has gone down dramatically as well, many loud parties, unattended children playing in the middle of the streets, etc.
