I called at 10:30, they gave a two hour window starting from my call and was there by 11:15 ... clog was cleared before 1:00. Technician was very professional and humorous.

Had to have the line from the pit to the house replaced. Dealt with Chris Webster, Ron #248, and Matt #2111. Everyone was professional and great to work with. Ron does an outstanding job leveling out the yard once the job is complete.

Very pleasant. That;s how my experience with Todd Parks and his trainee Travis was. Called Roto-Rooter about a backed up sewer. They were able to come the same day (the tenant appreciated that). Todd ran his machine through the line twice, insuring as many roots as possible were removed. When they were done with that, they put a camera in and showed me the entire length of the sewer line. I was clearly able to see where the roots were coming in and the separation in the clay pipe sections. They gave me good honest advice and explained what would eventually need to be done Thanks, Todd.

The Field Supervisor and all of the service techs from Rotor Rooter were great. They were prompt, professional and extremely courteous! We had a big and quite stressful sewer issue at our house, but the Roto Rooter guys definitely eased our worries and got the job done quickly, put our floors back together and even found a crack in some other plumbing and stayed to fix that! Thank you for your integrity!

Rob was great! He was very information and professional! We are young and new homeowners with little experience, so having someone explain everything was very appreciated!

The technicians are prompt and courteous. Save the day ASAP. When we had a flood of water about to come in the door of our professional office building. Then again when we had two air conditioner units dripping into a blocked drainage pipe. Now have them scheduled to clear underground downspout drains.

My technician was very capable and had great customer service etiquette. He quickly identified the issue and was able to solve the issue in a timely manner.

Issue was fixed very quickly! I would have appreciated a more timely arrival, but I'm satisfied with the end result.

Randy was very professional, came in found the problem and took care of it. took him about 30 min. He cleaned up after he was done and left everything like it was. I would recommend Roto Rooter for anyone with a plumbing problem. they were a little late but i did have an evening appointment.

This is my review based on our service call for water clean up due to a broken pipe. Mike Evans was our field supervisor and we were so blessed to have him be on our job! He was so efficient in helping us navigate through our clean up to helping me with my worries dealing with our insurance. His team was also fantastic! Todd had all of his equipment ready and knew just what to do right away to fix the problem. He was there for less than an hour and had everything fixed and back in shape. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for prompt, professional, and knowledgeable service.

I called Roto-Rooter and they gave me a 4 hour service window to come to my home. However, they called and were able to arrive about a 1/2 hour after my initial call. Todd Parks (#2390) was able to determine the problem with my backed up sink and garbage disposal. He provided me with several options to fix the problem and I decided to replace the disposal. He was assisted by Henry Highfield (#2212). They both were professional and pleasant. They also checked for leaks and they did a good job cleaning up the mess around the sink. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter. I have called them a number of times over the years whenever I have had plumbing issues and I have always been satisfied with the service.

Barry was very courteous, respectful and despite having to wrangle 2 large water heaters in a very tight space stayed relatively clean and professional looking! Kudos!

I called Roto router at 8 o’clock this morning the technician arrived I think my nine did the repair to a clogged drain in the basement double checked that the other flu pipes were awesome clear while he was there verify the repair was completed and gave me a treatment solution to clear the other pipes in the house very prompt and very courteous and very professional and highly recommended

Had a leak...tech was prompt...leak was fixed in a really good time....water was back on before bedtime....Thanks Kaleb for the excellent service and answering all my questions.

I called on a Saturday and I was sure it would be an extra expense and it was a flat rate like any business. Todd did a great job explaining everything to me and made sure I knew what other repairs I would need in the future also had people call to follow up!
