They were great and very quick! Arrived in timeframe they stated and explained everything that needed to be done. Also how to prevent issues in the future.

Brent showed up quickly to take care of the washer machine drain. He was very friendly, professional, and explained everything in layman's terms. If we ever have another plumbing problem we will specifically ask for Brent. Awesome service!!!!

Prompt and professional - everyone was prompt and professional - from the telephone coverage to the tech and water damage supervisor - to the clean-up crew..
Sewage overflow - yuck! Called them at 9PM and they were here quickly. Stayed til 1AM to get the drains cleared and had the clean-up crew at our door 8 hours later at 9AM. Explained what all the next steps were and helped establish our insurance claim. We hope to never have this problem again, but if so, we will call Roto-Rooter.

Was an emergency call, after hours...took great care in taking precautions not to mess up our newly laid off white carpet! Was finished in no time, minimal charges, and no evidence that they were ever here! Will definately call again if needed & recommend to anyone who needs these type of services!

Roto-Rooter delivered an exceptional customer experience. My water heater was on the brink of disaster, and after calling Roto-Rooter, they showed up the same day and replaced my 18yr old water heater with a new one the same day! I can't say enough about their timely service and expertise, especially with my plumber, Jim!

Called in to schedule a preventative main drain clean out because of all the tree roots in our yard. The technician (Ron) texted ahead as promised and showed up right on time. Work was done in a professional satisfactory manner. This was the 2nd time Roto Rooter has performed this service for us and we would recommend them to others.

Once again, Roto-Rooter has come to my house and completed work on
my drainage system in a most satisfactory manner. This time, it was Brent Hargis who arrived exactly when he said he would, and brought in all equipment required to complete my drain cleaning (no easy task, as he had to haul it all down to my basement!). Brent made sure the entire area around the drain was covered so as to avoid any splashback stains on the carpet and tile, then proceeded to complete the work in a timely manner. He then removed all his equipment and, lastly, performed a thorough clean-up of the entire area. All I had to do was put some furniture back in place! Brent's friendly character and obvious knowledge of his job made the whole task a pleasing experience. Obviously, I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone needing any type of plumbing or drain service.

We called Roto-Rooter Saturday with a couple of backed up sinks. We had a technician on site within 6 hours, which was good for a Saturday and a non-emergency situation. The tech was very professional, explained what he suspected the problem was, what he would do to fix it, and how we could prevent it from happening again. He worked quickly and quietly to make the repairs in good time. Excellently done!

Mike Phillips did a great job unclogging a drain that had backed up into my house.
Knowing that I would need sanitized clean up he called Dan Pierron who was there before Mike was finished. Dan wrote up inspection report with picture and called my insurance company with me. Then Dan contacted the clean up crew who was here in a few hours. WHAT A WONDER GROUP! Thank YOU

Brent was very knowledgeable and helpful and fixed a poorly flushing toilet. He took the time to discuss potential issues and find the right solution for the problem.

Michael did a great job. Once he was fine and gone everything was cleaner than when he started. To top it off, in unclogging the sink, there is even a garuntee.

All employees were very professional. We had a heck of blockage in our sewer pipe and he didn't give up until it was all cleared. Highly recommended.

Everyone from Roto Rooter over the years has always been very fast and professional I can't say enough ! This particular case was late on a Sunday night and Barry came out after his shift was over because he knew no one else on call had the available machine for the job till next day. These guys always have their $hit together !! Pun.... Intended

So this past Friday in our area we had less than stellar weather with some ice storms and cold weather. As a neophytes in the homeowner world my wife was upset when she walked into the bathroom and found water everywhere.

Being a weekend and terrible weather we were convinced that we wouldn't be able to find a plumber to fix the problem. After several calls I finally got an appointment with Roto-Rooter.

Due to the weather my appointment did get moved back, but the representatives from Roto-Rooter made sure to keep in contact with me through the entire process. Once Todd arrived he was courteous and informative. He was kind enough to explain to me the problem in layman's terms and quickly fixed the situation. It turned out to be a main line clog and after several passes the problem had been alleviated.

TL;DR
Todd from Roto-Rooter was the definition of professional and I would recommend him and Roto-Rooter to anyone needing a plumber.

Very fast service! Ron called ahead and was there at the start of my scheduled service window. Was very courteous, asked a lot of questions, and shared information every step of the process.

The technician was prompt and timely and I was impressed with the rapid cleaning of the clog and the additional information he provided on the proper settings of the overflow pipe and water valve. The only reason this is not five stars is that the service was a bit pricey: $150 after a $50 off coupon. This came as a bit of a surprise since I had had a drain cleaned out last year by Roto-Rooter and it took a couple hours and the total cost was only about $300.

Well let s just say OUT WITH THE OLD IN WITH THE NEW. Problem began Dec 31st, kitchen drain would not drain so that leaves the dishwasher backing up as well. Tried snaking it myself and had to toss the do it yourself to the side and make a phone call for help...Contacted Roto Rooter and was given a service time of between 2 pm to 6 pm, was contacted to let us know that the service man where running behind a couple hours. Well we get yet another call asking if they could come January 01, 2018, sure why not start the new year off right.
Service guys knock on door at 0815. Both guys very friendly. After about two hours of Roto Rootering problem resolved. Not how we wanted to start the New Year but the water is flowing, wife is happy it was a win win, Thank you RR

The evening of Dec. 23, 2017, the sewer drain in my basement backed up. I called our usual plumber. It was after hours and I was given 3 emergency numbers to call. Called the first one and when I didn't hear back within an hour, called the 2nd. Again, when I didn't hear back within an hour, called the 3rd number. Didn't hear back and by this time it was quite late. Called RotoRooter and someone answered immediately, took the info and set an appt. for early the next morning. The plumber called ahead with name and arrived on time with ID in hand. He was very professional, worked very quickly, explained everything as he was cleaning out the main line and putting in a new cap. I expected to be gouged - it was Xmas Eve and a Sunday, after all - but the cost was very surprisingly much lower than I expected. I even got a Sr. discount. He cleaned up after himself and said he would recommend a supervisor get in touch maybe next week to run a camera through the system. Within a couple of hours, I got that call and the supervisor came out right then. He ran the video camera (no charge) and explained everything we saw on the screen. I can't recommend RotoRooter highly enough. The men did a great job and Xmas dinner for the family was saved! Incidentally, the plumbers I called originally never did call back. We had used them for 30 years, but no more. Next time I need a plumber for anything I'm calling RotoRooter. Thought they only did sewer pipes, but they're a "full service" company. Very pleased with service and pricing.

We scheduled a late evening service as our toilets were not draining properly. However I called at the very end of our two hour service window and they said they could not give me an ETA because a job they were on was running behind. We rescheduled for the next day because at that point it wasn’t too urgent anymore. Our tech came out as expected the next day. He thoroughly looked for our clean out valve but had to go through our toilet to clear our main lane which is not the preferred way. He gave us information and made sure we knew what to expect. Luckily our issue was fixed, he was able to clean branches/tree roots out of the line and everything is back in working order. I was a bit taken back by the price. Our typical plumber would have probably charged half the price. We got a $180 discount because we had already removed he toilet and I found a $50 off coupon on their website and for about two hours of labor it was $249 AFTER the discounts. I guess you cannot put a price on properly working plumbing. They want payment day of, they do not bill you (as a heads up because you are not notified of this when making the appointment). All in all I’m very pleased that our issue was fixed and our technician was very professional and informing.
