Customer service is great. Food is great. Food is always hot. The employees are friendly. I will keep coming tothis location.

This business is a poor example of what a business should be. The management and staff have no manners, they are rude, crude, disrespectful, lack professionalism and just plan horrible. They give no receipts when you pay for your order, and disrespect you if you ask for an itemized receipt. I experienced this on Saturday 10/20/2012.



Their ordering system is chaotic, there is total confusion when you enter the location. you are liable to witness arguments between employees, managers and employees, customers and employees, and customers with management.



When I asked for an itemized receipt of my order the manager got physically upset and gave me my money back. I left the establishment after that.



I will never go there again, and I recommend others not to patronize until they clean up their act.



As a business owner in the Dayton area, I wouldn't dream of treating my customer's the way the treated me on 10/20/2012 have treated others on occasions I have been in the store. if you had a different rating scale I would rate them as (F-)!!

Food is much better than JJ's Good to have them in the neighborhood!
