Had my heater core replaced. They properly diagnosed the issue, replaced the bad part and showed me the broken part after completion. They also informed me of a potential issue I hadn't seen. Very professional. It took them a little longer then their system quoted for average hours to complete the job, turns out the official number from VW was 3 hours more. Despite this, they only charged me for what was quoted. They didn't use the cheapest part or the most expensive, but rather, one right in the middle. I appreciate this. Great communication also. They were down to earth and honest. They were recommended to me and it payed off. Price was 58% of what the dealership quoted. Great experience.



No affiliation prior to this experience. I will use them for my future repairs.

Please ignore the ignorant comment below submitted by a ex "Friend" of Tricia's , not Trisha. The "Friend" won't pay her bill and thought this would be cute. Anyway ,Tim & Tricia & the crew are honest, & caring people. They've been working on all 5 of my vehicles for years..

The other 2 reviews must have been written by the same person!!!!! Trisha is rude and non careing, they did not offer any help at all!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

Excellent business, friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonable prices. Been using Tims Auto for years, excellent crew that knows cars and knows how to treat customers.

We have know Tim for a while, his teams work is great, and customer service is very outstanding. Tim and his team work very hard to make your auto safe and that is important. Class A service at a great price.
