When I got hurt at work a few months ago, I thought, in my own mind, that this would be a simple matter of getting the healing help I needed by way of my employer's Workman's Comp. Well, I was wrong. I was given a lot of paperwork from my employer's Rehab. Company as they were giving me instructions on what I needed to do. Not only did I receive their paperwork, I also received a lot of paperwork in order to put a Workman's Comp. request in. All of this was adding insult to injury as I felt they were trying to bury me in paperwork and it all seemed there instructions were not clear, very confusing, and I was becoming frightened on just what I needed to do to feel better and get back to work. The Rehab. Company that I was referred to did not help me in healing myself and I went to a hospital emergency room who diagnosed me properly but discharged me to my home with a prescription for Class 2 pain medications with no other treatment recommendations. To add insult to injury, my Workman's Comp. claim was denied. I chose to go to a chiropractor, making him my primary Doctor, and getting the healing help I needed.

Not only did I continue to have back pain, I was accumulating hospital bills, chiropractic bills, and I was unable to work due to the pain. I was asked by many people if I had a lawyer and told I needed to get one so, I finally listened and was fortunate to find Todd Miller in Beavercreek. Because of his help, I received the healing help I needed and deserved without the cloud of bills hanging over my head. I am now feeling physically and mentally better as well as now being able to work.
