I am not please with the customer service particularly the african american female, she is rude and do not have great communication skills, she have a bad attitude. I was at the Salem Avenue location, a young man man needed assistant on sending off a package; he ask the female worker for assistant, she kept pointing rolling her eyes with attitude, pointing in the location of the labels and the box he needed to fill out. She inform him she was busy, I let her know it was ok I was the only one in the line. She said next like he was not there, I help the young man with the package, he tried to give me $30, That was not very professional at all, I know that customers can be hard to deal with that was that young man first time, trying to send his first new born some clothing.
