My truck was sent in to be repaired on Thurs 9/1/16 today is Wed 9/7/16. They told my company they had the EGR valve several days ago then turned around and said today they just got the EGR valve. They were open Thurs, Fri, Sat, Yesterday, and Today and have done nothing to fix the truck (EGR valve and other issues needing to be repaired). They have cost me paychecks I needed to feed my family of 5 kids and a wife. They have also cost my company money, not only by having my truck sit around unable to work, but also because my company has to pay for a hotel room for me to stay for a week now. I'm STILL sitting here waiting for my truck to even be looked at. Very unprofessional.
