We had a serious bed bug infestation before we even realized they were in our home - we contracted their services for removal of these pests - initially, they seemed to disappear after treatment for a short time but came back with a vengence - some of our best friends were staying at our home and were bitten by bed bugs and had to seek medical treatment. When we both lost our jobs after paying eight of twelve payments, we worked out a payment agreement and after telling us twice they would respray - they did not keep this committment. I was told that it only said in their contract that the bed bugs would be less then when initially treated - in my opinion, this is not true in our situation.



I believe the chemicals they used only provide temporary relief but, in our case, did not rid our home of bed bugs.

I would not recommend this company to anyone for treatment of bed bugs.
