Provided by YP.comThis contractor made a repair to my sprinkler system, whick subsequently failed due to poor workmanship. This resulted in a huge water bill for the month of the failure. This contractor did not back up his work and also charged for the repair to his initial work. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor of any type. I strongly suggest you look for someone else to do business with !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This bad review of our business is unfortunate. This customer failed to understand his water bill. He said that his water bill was much higher due to a leak that lasted about 10 minutes. In the end...when he sent the water bill from the prior year...compared to the current year...we pointed out that the water company had gone from billing monthly...to billing quarterly. His water bill was higher because it was for 2.5 months instead of 1 month. We had the BBB handle the case...they ruled against the customer...and he still never paid for the work that was performed at his house. He promised that he was going to pay us...but never did. But still...this bad review is on the internet. Very hard to understand.
