Writing this out of concern for a disabled person and the abuse she received, at the hands of a female Rhea County EMT.This EMT has kicked her while she was on the floor ,drug her down stairs and allowed the patient ,to fall on crushed gravel,several times. Patient stated she couldn't walk and they drug her. Her arms were not working ,because of the two diseases, causing paralysis.EMT used patients own arms to slàp her in face. Threatened patient with a straight jacket,because she was scared,hurt,crying and afraid of more abuse. Who wouldn't be hysterical after that treatment. EMT also falsified documents and lied to ER doctors about her blood pressure. A state inquiry should be done ,the license of this EMT should be taken away and criminal charges for assault filed. Is this business even using properly licensed EMT's. Has this EMT had other complaints, and how many other patients have suffered at her unethical and abusive hands. I'm sure this company and employees will retaliate. One star only because they showed up. License board to be notified next and cameras installed, so we can share the abuse with everyone.
