Worst practitioner in Liberty county. No bedside manner, rushes through visits, treats her paying patients poorly and staff is as unprofessional as she is.

I attempted to give her multiple chances to change my review. The first visit the staff was extremely unhelpful and all "new" by their own admission. She came in the room and was there for about 3 minutes, didn't ask any questions or say much and left. Then we sat in the room for about 30 minutes waiting on paperwork to finish. During that time Betty had a harsh conversation with one of her employees right outside of our door raising her voice and speaking rudely. The second visit we sat in the room almost an hour for a simply TB test, which was done on a Thursday. The office was then closed that Friday, and only open half a day Monday meaning the TB test could not be read, we received no instructions on when to come back considering she knew she would be out Monday due to a funeral. We attempted to take our child back in today to have the TB test read and were told that randomly the insurance could no longer be verified, which was BS, after my insurance company called them they called to reschedule our appointment and told us that he now had to get the TB test done again and that we would be billed again for it. It was not our choice to close the office Friday, and not our choice for us not to be told she would only be in the office Monday morning, so the fact that we are being billed twice is absolutely fraudulent and shady. I called the office to speak to a nurse to find out why the test couldn't be read and got Betty on the phone directly, she was short, rude, and completely dismissive of the fact that we are now being billed twice because of THEIR errors! I found a new doctor that we will be seeing today to get the test redone by a reputable professional care provider. STAY AWAY

the 1st appt I had with her she was rushing my appt and was really rude. I gave her another chance because ive worked in a drs office previously and I understand that it can be stressful at times. I did tell her that at my 1st appt that I felt like she was rude and I felt like she didnt listen to me. she apologized and explained what was going on that day and she apologized for making me feel the way I did. ever since then we have a great dr/patient relationship and I couldnt be a happier with her being my doctor.

Betty Marshall is very rude, inconsiderate and clearly only cares about money.

I have never had such a horrible experience with a doctor before, I do not see how patients can open up to her or trust her opinion when she rushed through my whole appt and would not take my feelings into consideration... actually, when I told her my current medicine was making me feel worse, her response was" when you are a doctor, you can then tell me how that medicine makes you feel".
