They were great! The receptionist was polite on the phone when she scheduled my appointment and the woman who checked me in was great too! The man who fitted me for my boot was efficient and polite and my boot fits perfectly. I am very please with the service that I received and would definitely use them again.

Wish I had thought to check them out prior to my first appt in PC yesterday. I'm speechless to comments their technician made about my age and being on Medicare and about one of my diagnoses that I have had for the past 13 years. I'll be looking to find a leg boot elsewhere. . .

Britt, Ditto. This place only cares about rolling over there clients an stealing there money. This is not the first time I needed work done On my braces, so when I was given an estimate of 40 to 50 min. I new it was high however, I agreed an made an appointment, I was told I would only pay for the time it took 37.50 @ 15 min., when I arrived I was told to pay for 1 hr. an 15 min., I asked, "what happened to paying for the time it took." They just wanted there money up front. I walked out. Got the work done some where else, total bill, 35.00

I used to love this place years ago. Now they have all new people that dont listen to you! They dont listen to your needs and concerns. I had to go back 3 times to get one of my leg braces fixed and they still havent gotten it right.

Consider finding somewhere else......The owner, John, is a nice guy but some of his staff is challenging to work with. If you are a medicare patient, be careful. They may or may not submit your claim and then attempt to collect from you by telling you the claim was denied.

As a therapist I would never use them. I call and don't hear back, follow up appointments are blown off and the products fit terribly
