I had an issue with an upgrade. While transferring information from my old phone to the new the representative started an update causing me to lose some of my information. I called the store directly four days and was transferred to a call center every time. When I showed up in person, they were too busy trying to sell me accessories than solve my problem.

If you're getting any service other than wireless phone service, run -- don't walk -- somewhere else. The people at this business address are great about cell phones and cell phone plans, but they receive pressure to sell Internet and TV plans when they just aren't that familiar with these two other departments.

The service (setting it up, getting help, making appointments) to obtain TV and Internet service through AT&T is outrageous. Their customer service people are only available 8 - 5 Monday - Friday, so once they rope in the consumer, you're ON YOUR OWN.
