Worst customer service ever!

Due to the recent ignorance and level of unprofessionalism I received from a Mr. Scott Harrell at Budget car rental. I will no longer use their or any of their sister companies. My family and I have used them in the past and I was planning on two rentals. One being a luxury car for my wedding, and the other being a truck to move across country from Florida to Ohio. I would just like to say, that I would gladly pay double somewhere else then to ever deal with this company again. Your business is only as good as the people you have representing it. It started with a phone call which I was asking very simple questions and was not getting any type of answer or explanation that made any sense. I was then hung up on. I called back only to get the same person on the phone (Scott Harrell). I asked to speak to the manager. I then received a chuckle and was told "I am the manager". I asked for his last name and was told I will not be receiving any more information from him and/ or Budget rental company. I was then hung up on a second time. I did report it to corporate, but I needed his last name. Therefore, I drove across town to get his business card. I thanked him for hanging up on me twice. His reaction was to tell me that i was not going to be helped. He then proceeded to take a picture of me. When I asked why, he told me that it was so none of his employees would ever do business with me. Now that is what I call real professional service with a smile. I hope that somebody at budget gets this post and realizes that just from the loss of business from me which would have probably totaled around $2000.00 if not more. I will be telling everyone that I run into all about how customers are treated at Budget. Preferably the one at 517 Mason Avenue. Word of mouth can be your best friend or your worst enemy. Being that I tend bar, I meet large volumes of people. This story is one that will be told many times over. Congratulations on losing my business and I'm sure many others for life. As a message to Budget, your best chance of trying to salvage any business in the Daytona Beach area would be to put this "manager" of yours where he belongs, in the welfare line.
