We had used this nursery in the past about 5 years ago. They were great at the time "were" being the operative word. A few months ago we went to the nursery to purchase an 8' Sylvester Palm, 2 fan palms.We Were leaving town for a few months and set up a time and date for the planting upon our return. On the day they were to do the job they never showed up or called. 3 days later they still had not showed up. After many phone calls and a few trips to the nursery we were informed that they did not have the 8' tree that we ordered and paid for 2 months prior. The only tree they had was bigger and of course cost us $400 more, but we had no choice and paid the additional $ so we set another date and they were still 6 hours late. Now we have a fan palm that died and it will take months for them to decide if they were going to replace the palm...what a JOKE!!! I would not purchase crab grass from this nursery anymore! We have spent a lot of money here but, it won't happen again. STAY AWAY!!!
