My wife had her car repaired at the auto all body shop a few months ago and they did a great job. So when my truck was damaged I wanted to take it to them. And just like her car and service was great so was my. Thank you a great job and all you customer service. I will recommend you to everyone that I know. John R

Kyle is awesome..took care of my car. They did beautiful work . My car was finished sooner than expected. My car was also cleaned and detailed when it was picked up. I will definitely recommend and will be back if I ever need any more work done

I've had two cars there in the last 6 months for body work. Both times I was told the repair would take 3 days. No one ever called me and at the end of 3 days when I went to get my vehicles I was told they ordered the wrong part and it would be an additional 3 days. At the end of that three days I was told they got the wrong part. Now I was told the exact same thing twice over the course of six months and two vehicles. This last time I didn't trust them anymore so I called the parts department and spoke with the parts manager about why they can't order the right part and I was told buy the parts manager that's the right parts were ordered and received however they wanted an early weekend so they just didn't do the job. You can't get anybody to call you back but just keep your car and hold it hostage. The workmanship was satisfactory however the customer service is horrible and I will never use the Auto Mall Body Shop again. I'm on my way to pick up the second vehicle now and the only reason I'm getting it today it's because I filed a complaint with the insurance company and now they're being investigated. Lousy business lousy customer service

Not happy. They still have my car. It was only suppose to be ther for 4 days and it has been there a month. They are telling me now it will be 2 more weeks. This is riduclous. Will never take my car there again. It was only needing a new bumper. This isn't even warranty work I am paying for rental car and my $500 deduction. I will use a diffrent body shop next time. Do not waste your time going here. It is not worth it you spend more in rental car.

Terrible customer service. My car was only estimated to be their shop for a week, and now it's been three. Called to ask about my car (yet again) and now they're saying it won't be ready for another week. All they had to do was replace a door.

Your lifetime warranty isn't worth my time anymore.
