Used this dry cleaner about 4 years ago when the city I worked for (DBPD) had a contract with them to clean our uniforms. The service was EXCEPTIONAL. I changed Departments 3 years ago and recently went back into unifrom so I returned to this cleaner. I found that the business has been sold and the new owner is having a problem finding good help. The place is under staffed and after having my uniforms for 5-6 days I often arrive to find they still are not done. On 3 occassions the worker who waitied on me said I would have to come back as he had no idea where my uniforms were. The owner who works the counter was out and he was only "doing the boss a favor" by waiting on me. He was openly angry at having to wait on me and told me so. When I told him I wasn't leaving without my clothes he told me to "Get the F-out". Nice customer service!
