This is the place to rent from with out a doubt. I have 17 years experience in operating retail stores, with over 600 employees and 60,000 customers a week coming thru my store, I don't profess to be an expert but I wanted to let you know I have some background with taking care of customers.

I rented 4 scooters for 3 days on 6/15/15. The quality of the equipment was great, the service we received was outstanding and the training we received on the operation of the scooters was just as good. During our rental time we had 2 unexpected issues come up on our part where we needed to return the scooters in before our scheduled time. I did not expect a refund in either situation as it was our fault not the business's and in both cases the owner went above and beyond to help us.
