Im a full time student and rented a room for a month. I have never encountered any insects that the other review refers to. Not even one. The owners of this hotel are actually very very kind. One of them just knocked on the door with fried chicken, which is a rare treat on a student budget. They ask everyday if you need fresh towels, trashbags, etc. Overall, my experience has been positive.

THIS MOTEL IS YOUR USUAL LOW QUALITY CRACK SHACK. IF YOU DON'T MIND HAVING "ROOMMATES" THAT SCATTER ALONG THE FLOORS AND WALLS WHEN YOU TURN ON THE LIGHTS, THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. TYPICAL ROACH MOTEL WITH POOR SERVICE. THE OWNERS ARE RUDE TO TOP IT OFF. BUT IF DESPERATE TIMES CALL FOR DESPERATE MEASURES... STAY HERE, IGNORE THE UNWANTED HOUSEGUESTS, AND TAKE COMFORT THAT YOU CAN FIND SOLACE IN THE BEACH JUST ACROSS THE STREET. ALSO, WHEN THEY SAY $160/WEEK THEY REALLY MEAN $180 AND THE ROOMS DO NOT EVEN HAVE PHONES!!!
