Andrew in the new car department is very nice, worked out a pretty good deal for me.

The used car department didn't listen to what I wanted, and tried to convince me to buy something I really didn't want. they used pretty high pressure. The new car department used moderate pressure, but was willing to order the car I wanted when it was found that they didn't have it in stock.
