Provided by YP.comWOW, not much has changed then since I got the same experience today 6/25/12. Talked with Cindy (who said her name was Beverly). Woman was rude and you could tell she felt annoyed with her job. I am in contact with the Resort Club now where we got this voucher from so that they do not continue to use they're very poor services.
