I was the only customer in the store and the manager Christine and the sales lady Tully informed me they were having a private conversation and could not help me....when I pointed out I was the only customer and I started my purchase with Tilly before Christine came in the front door I was called names by the manager who threatened me... I was in shock...I have been buying my glasses at for eyes longer then the young manager has been alive. I have been satisfied for over 30 years.... Sadly I will not return. Customer service is number one for me and many seniors
