Ormond Beach office. (A.K.A. Kindred at Home) Managed by people that are ignorant, stupid, and vindictive. Ignorant because they do not know the Medicare regulations which control them and refuse to inform themselves even when told exactly which regulations apply. Stupid because they refuse to become informed, and vindictive because they refuse to provide service by the only therapist on their staff that understands my wife's care needs. My wife is an Amiotropic Lateral Sclerosis patient and needs a special care regimen, covered by Medicare until her death, without need for muscular improvement, as prescribed by the Mayo Clinic ALS Center in Jacksonville. As if we did not already have enough trouble complying with regulatory issues, declining muscular function and mobility, and coping with daily needs, we have to cope with uncaring provider management.
