I lived at Good Sam/Daytona Beach for eight weeks and was treated very well. The manager, Melissa Long is first class and very caring, she works day and evenings to help the residents. She is on call 24/7. The administrator, Lisa Meyers, is priceless with such a professional and compassionate nature and is always available to listen with undivided attention. She addresses every concern with fairness and sympathy. The assisted living facility is very nice and the nurses are first class. Everyone is warm hearted and friendly to one another, it's like living with a big family. The premises give the feel of a large sanctuary. The small chapel is quaint and the doors are always open. The rents are fair and the apartments are always spotless upon occupancy. I give it five stars.

DISGUSTNG PLACE, HORRIBLE FOOD, SERVERS SPIT IN FOOD, ALL ABOUT POLITICS, NOT SMOKE FREE, WINDOWS WITHOUT LOCKS, NO A/C IN MANY UNITS. HIGH RENT.
