Operational since 1988, Neighbor to Family, also known as NTF, is a national organization that provides foster care and transition services for children with special needs. It serves Clayton, Fulton, Gwinnett, Richmond and DeKalb counties in Georgia. The organization also offers adoption, clinical assessment, placement stabilization and treatment planning solutions. Neighbor to Family additionally provides reunification permanency planning and aftercare services. The organization works in partnership with the Florida Department of Children & Family Services, Gwinnett County Department of Family & Children Services, State of Maryland Department of Human Resources and DeKalb Department of Family & Children Services. Neighbor to Family maintains one of its locations in Daytona Beach, Fla.
