First the staff is friendly and professional. Chris, the referral specialist is wonderful. Quick response to requests and works with me. So kind and patient. Nancy, the PA listens to me and works with me. My patient portal is kept up to date with all info available. I receive prompt call backs. Explanations for referrals, labs and treatment are transparent. This is my 5th pcp and superior to all the others. They do care and it shows.

Run.....Far far away....The stuff is so rude and disrespectful, its unbelievable....NOBODY cares. You will wait for smbd to get back to you and they wont bother.....The results of your tests get lost, and every time u call u get a new person, who has no clue whats going on...And when u try to transfer to a new doctors office they will ignore the release papers as well.I have never seen anything like this in my life. My cats are treated better at my vets than ppl are in this office. The most unfrofessional place ever. You deal with ppls lives, SHAME ON YOU

Avoid this office. If you are looking for a good doctor and good, respectful staff look elsewhere because this one is a huge disappointment.
