I drive out of my way to go there. I dont like to go someplace different. But i only go when i am really sick. They examine thoroughly, write scripts, but i have only went for URI and pink eye. I am out within 15 minutes. By the time i get to pharmacy scripts are ready. Great people!

Caring staff from start to finish. This is the go to for my family when our primary is not available. They get us in and out.

Stopped here on my way home had a sore eyelid. They charged me 260 bucks for a PA not a doctor to look at it called it Blepharitis wrote a prescription for a cream. The next day it got worse had to stop at another urgent care and a real doctor had to lance it for staph and put me on an oral antibiotic which she said should have happened yesterday. I got the bill today in mail for 260 in which my insurance company paid 160 and I paid a 50 dollar co pay. They still want another 50. Called their office for them to justify a 260 dollar bill for 2 minutes of their time and a wrong Diagnosis. Kelly their office manager basically is saying that is how they operate in the state of Fl. We all wonder why our health care system is broken here is a prime example. Avoid this place.

Wow. So much is wrong with our healthcare system, it's a shame that customer service is dead on arrival as well. I have a bad case of bronchitis or a moderate case of pneumonia, for 15 days now. I am on my second round of antibiotics and still feeling poorly, so I called called this morning to speak to a nurse to see if a visit was with my while. I was told she was with patient and that she would call me when she was free. I called an hour later and was told that the nurse could not speak to non-patients, that i would have to come in. I told them I did not have health insurance and would be paying cash. The receptionist told me that it would be $80. I said fine and that I would be in. When I arrived I was told that I must be mistaken, because the minimum charge would be over $160 - I was basically called a liar. I said no thanks and walked out. These people were rude on the phone, misinformed and on top of it rude in person. I do not recommend this place at all! Take your emergencies elsewhere!

I would not reccomend going, or sending anyone I know here!!! I went in for an earache, severe pain for 2 days. 1st of all MD prescribed me a medication that is no longer used, second a prescription for an eye medication that does not have enough antibotic in it to help anyone. The information he gave was so general, and then he told me I was in pain because of the many bones in my ear (last I knew there were 3). Yes I was in and out in < than an hour now I know why!!! Poor patient care!! He did not take time at all and rushed me out the door. I am thinking the ER would have been a better choice, after wasting my day of vacation running around in pain looking for a medication that didnt exsist!

I should have stayed at home

The pa wanted to argue about medications and how they can not write prescriptions to relieve pain. I feel if it is a urgent care they should be able to take care if the patient for acute pain. Also the er would have costed a lot more but maybe I would have be relieved of my problem. I wasted 2 hr and 150.00 dollars and had no relief and lefted upset. The worst experience and money ever spent.

This is a GREAT facility. I arrived in Daytona Beach yesterday with an excrutiating jaw, throat, and ear pain. I could not eat or drink because of the pain. I was in and out of this facility in less than 30 minutes with appropriate treatment. I give this facility an A+++++. Everyone including the receptionist, nurse, and doctor were wonderful!!
