For most consumers our vehicles are our second largest investment after our home. Selecting the best body shop and collision center is therefore most serious and important. I did my due diligence in selecting the best and settled on Rachel’s because of feedback from Friends, neighbors, insurance brokers and professionals in the trade. I shortlisted to 2 and took my vehicle in for inspection and estimate. The numbers were similar but the facility and staffing and leadership were as different as night and day. At Rachel’s ownership hands on leadership and Maintenance of professional standards and ethical practice is visible in every encounter and transaction. Having over 30 years experience in the trade really shows and the owner recruits good people who know their job and retains them by treating them right, delegating responsibly and maintaining pride in their output. They do not over promise or play Mickey Mouse games with price, schedule or delivery times. This is an old school operation where work quality ,fair treatment in an environment of honor and ethical performance are upheld and the norm for all dealings. My job was completed with excellence and the vehicle released only after the owner had personally taken the vehicle for a final test drive and careful walk around. I was given regular text updates on progress of repairs and estimated completion date. The estimator Mark was super thorough in his inspection and detailing damage and needed parts and completed the estimate in record time— a real pro with decades of experience! Michelle is the administrator/coordinator who maintains a pleasant and focused approach with clients and turns out a high volume of quality work with a smile. In summary Rachel’s should be your starting point is looking for the best body shop,/collision center out there. Lots of competition to be sure but if you want the best and want to deal with people who do it right the first time then Rachel’ is the place to go.p

Everybody there was so polite and professional. My car was perfect when I got it back. Great experience!

I stopped by to get an estimate on a door and rear view mirror repair.

Looked to me like the door needed painting and the mirror had to be replaced.

Russel Robinson came out to give me a written estimate. He said let me see if I can save you some money.

His employees cleaned and buffed the door and it looked like new. They also reset the mirror and it worked fine.



When I went to pay they said to pay what I wanted.



He really did save me money.



They were really busy at the time, but took the time to work me in, did a fabulous job, and did not give me a bill.



I highly recommend this business.

Rachels Collison is the only place I ever let touch my car. I am using them now. Last time, they did an amazing and quick job. They will tell you how long and have great service. Nice personalities and cool people. They will give you what you need.

Had done something really stupid and scratched my mom's new car with a screwdriver. I felt horrible. Went to Rachel's because they were open on Saturday. They took care of the scratch in less than 6 hours. They had to repaint a panel, not just touch up. Looked like new when they were done. Cannot thank Russell and his staff enough for excellent service.
