Had a chip in the windshield. Scheduled to have the chip repaired on a Saturday window was 8-12am. I was told I would get a message with the installers image and name never got it. Also supposed to get a call 30 min before arrival that didn't happen. They never called me to let me know the installer was running behind i called 15 min past 12am and while i was on the phone the installer was just pulling up. I got no apologies from him he just said "I'm here to fix a windshield?" i pointed to my truck and he just nodded. 30 min later i get a knock on the door and he tells be that the chip is now a crack and it has to be replaced. I reschedule for the swap to be done at my wife's place of work. At 10am we get a call that the address they have is incorrect and that they have to reschedule again because they put it on the wrong truck. At this point my wife was crying and afraid to drive the truck because the crack was getting bigger. I called my insurance company around 11am to see if they could recommend a company. They took over from there and called "Orange Blossom Auto Glass" they called me at about 12:30 and was at her work by 1 with a so called special order windshield. Bottom line worst customer service ever and they won"t even call to let you know anything really dropped the ball.
