Really bad customer service from the auto center. Specifically a person named KYLE. We purchased 4 tires that appear available and instead it was coming from a different location. The internet site does not state this at all and this is what was mentioned with Kyle. Granted, we ordered the incorrect size but it is not an excuse for a Sear auto employee to be unprofessional and have a manner that comes out that a customer cannot get a refund or exchange for the correct size. This person lacked customer service and needs to be re-trained. Only after asking his name did his manner changed. As a stock owner, I am truly reconsidering selling my shares. This is one reason Sears have closed many stores!! We will not go back this is for sure.
