I was a female college student living here with another female room mate. I had to have my boyfriend move in due to stabbings, break ins, and ex-criminal neighbors. Throughout the night you could hear fights, music, or something going on outside. No sense of security, bikes stolen and cars broken into. Living on the first floor made it ten times worse. Maintenance would occasionally respond to calls; other times things left unfixed (screens, garbage disposal, etc.) A fix for a gap in the bathroom door was some sort of window insulation.. Very unhelpful management. Bonnie says one thing and does another, no records of payment or anything else kept..they just want to get their $$$. Plays a dumb act when you bring up something she had said; completely unhelpful but comes off as very nice. They charge rent out the you know what...you could get a nice place in a secure neighborhood for the same amount. Also left us $800 in unnecessary charges after we left and cleaned, painted, repaired it all. Just stay away..its all a huge scam through rent, deposits, and "fees."
