It took tge guy forever to do my nails and not even 5 hours after I got them done two of them cracked. I let them fix them the first time. My nail cracked again the next day and I already been back there 3 times in less than 48 hours so I just wanted my money back. But they refused to give me my money back andThey insisted that my nail was breaking because of me and not because of there poor service of my nails. Even though I have gotten my nails done on a regular basis in the past and I have kept them on for 2 months at a time. This was an all around bad experience. Do not go to V Nails, go somewhere with more professionalism and care for there customers.

This business is very unprofessional,the young lady that did my gel manicure acted as though she had an attitude. She rushed on both my nails and toes. She left indents in the gel paint on my fingers. When I asked to speak with the manager she said she doesn't understand English..really?!?! This experience was the worst I've ever had from any establishment. If you need your nails done this is not the place. Too entitled
