The apartments have a neat set up and you don't hear a lot of noise from other apartments that is nice. However that is where the niceness ends. This is the worse place ever, the managers and owners don’t care about what goes on here. It seems like in the past year they have chosen to only rent to the lowest level of people they can find. We have shootings in the area, children are able to run wild and totally destroy this place.

I have lived here at Villa Jardine for nearly 3 years. The living conditions steadily have gotten worse since we have moved in back in 2009.When asked to do maintenance to our dwelling, it takes an act of congress to get some things done.
