I was not taken to airport but only 3 miles from my home. My trip to the bank was fine, although mt call for a ride home was atrocious!!! called and waited 15 minutes in the hot sun when they said the car was 5 minutes away. Called back after waiting half an hour. Again he is 2 miles away which is 5 minute he said. I saw a yellow cab park next door at bank of America. I call yellow cab and they said he must be drooping someone off. I waited 10 more minutes and called back - now in at least 45 minutes in and only 3 miles from my home and call once more and the dispatcher said I never call. ?????what, really??? BEWARE!!!!!!

Rude did not give proper change then told me I have to pay for taxi while I'm trying to explain what happen! Keep hanging up on me will never use this company again! They are nothing but drugged out theives!

Called about a lost bag. Dispatch person was extremely rude and unhelpful. He actually hung up on me because I couldn't remember the color of the car used. He refused to offer any assistance whatsoever. Will never use them again. Beware!!! There is a much better, classi taxi, service who was extremely helpful and efficient.

My car broke down,called this taxi service and were at my door with in 3min.Very nice driver and if ever stuck without a ride again these people will be the first i call again!! *5 STAR SERVICE*

Dispatch was rude and cut me off while trying to explain where I was located. Thankfully the driver was awesome. Friendly and very helpful.
