My wife and I were so much looking forward to spending three days of our honeymoon at the Acapulco. Sadly, our experience was marred by the ineptitude and indifference shown us by the front-desk personnel. As soon as we arrived, they sent us into a room that was already occupied and didn't even apologize for having done that! We booked a room with a kitchenette. They forgot to stock the room with plates, cups, knives, forks, and pans. We noticed we didn't have a balcony table, so we asked for one. Seventeen hours later, it still hadn't arrived. The housekeeping supervisor finally got us one.



During the second day of our stay, my wife, who needed to park in the handicapped place. When she couldn't do so, the front desk clerk indifferently claimed that her engineers stated there was parking available. After driving around for some time, she finally found a place to park. In spite of this, I actually WOULD recommend this hotel...either to an enemy or to someone with a sufficiently strong masochistic streak who might enjoy the Acapulco's exquisite blend of politeness combined with total customer indifference
