Went there today and first off the intercom wasn’t working which wasn’t an issue I just drove up to the window just to see a lady in pajamas walk to the back near the window to serve herself a drink(I’m thinking it was a friend of the manager because she was standing right there) We ordered our food then was asked to pull around to the front and wait , after 15 YES 15 minutes I pulled back to the window only to wait 5 more minutes before our food was ready. We finally got our orders and when I told the girl (whom had just started working that day) that it was all wrong and she replied “ well lettuce ,tomatoes ,and onions are easily able to be pulled off” I guess I was also supposed to wipe off the ketchup as well. She stood there and said “well it’s my first day” and she did NO CORRECTING to the order and the manager didn’t step up to fix it either. DIRTY place the manager has an open wound on her neck and their customer service skills are terrible.
