I woke up one morning with no water. I called Benio Pump & Well. He was at my house in a short period of time and diagnosed my pump had been struck by lighting and had to be replaced. He replaced it and I had water. Months later I had a different issue with my well. I called Benio. He delayed the start of a trip to come to my house and get me up and running again.

From this point forward Benio is the only one I will call for pump or well issues. I would recommend him to anyone.

Our home in DeLeon Springs has been under the care and expertise of the Benio Family for 40 years! Clay was able to resurrect our system YET AGAIN after some sub standard parts installed by a hack failed ! He took time to also clear our system and make sure we started off fresh and clean ! So our pump got hit by a lightning strike this past week.
We called Mr. Benio on Friday morning, by Friday afternoon he had ordered and picked up a new pump. When he started to take our pump house apart he showed us evidence and took photographs of the damage the lightning had done. He was super informative and efficient. Once the pump was replaced Mr. Benio was able to put our pump house back together but not without having to repair some of the damaged building materials.
A broken pump is never a "good" experience but I felt better knowing Mr. Benio was taking care of it and it's nice to be able to call someone and knowing he will do what he says he is going to do.
Super dependable, and true to his word. I recommend Benio pump and Drill to all my friends and family.

Very responsive real fast very responsible price this is a person that I would recommend highly to family and friends very honest about his work thanks to you guy I have great water pressure and a quality job. Also some weeks later bear broke pipes thay came back over fixed them and did a excellent job

I love these guys! Clayton is very informative and knows exactly what needs to be done. He is very professional and understanding and responds promptly to any one asking for help - no matter how small the problem is or how large - he is definitely on top of all his calls! Great company! I have had them out a couple times to my property. Clayton is very knowledgeable and comes out right away to make sure issue is taken care of.

Clayton came out right away to give me a quote, so I could get it to the Insurance company right away. And then he even surprised me! and came a day, earlier than scheduled, to put the well in, I can't begin to have words to tell how happy that made me! Clayton also prevented a problem that I would have had with the Insurance and saved me frankly the cost of my well, according to the letter I received,2 days after they covered the full cost. This is his gift from God, clearly, and it shows by the way he gets the job done! He and his wife Micheal both definitely know what there doing! I hope to upgrade to a galvanized system, in Gods time of course, although no 2 wells are alike, your sure to have a GREAT experience, during a rough spot, or upgrade if you choose BENIO I wouldn't trust my home with anyone else since my friend Steve who built houses referred Clayton too me as he KNEW he could trust Clayton, and wanted to be sure I was taken care of, He worked on a lot of different homes with different well people, and picked him out of all of them telling me He KNOWS what he's doing! and He gets it DONE! That was good for me but this is the 2nd well Clayton has put in for me, and there is much MORE to it then professional and efficiency, Clayton is blessed with this! He enjoys it and does it VERY WELL(pun) and Im Very GRATEFULLY! AMEN1

We called when we moved into our new home and the well pump stopped working our second day in the house. They came over right away within the hour on a Memorial Day weekend to fix it and did an amazing job. We then had them come back out to replace the entire tank with a larger one to suit our families needs. Again, they did an amazing job. I highly recommend this business, their prices are fair and their service is high quality.

Benio was by far, the best I found in Volusia County. He responded to my calls promptly, and service was excellent. I had a faulty pump out of the box, and he had it replaced the next day. As a small business owner, I am very particular about customer service. Clayton was professional and very well educated.

I want everyone to know that, being retired from the construction business in which I worked for 62 years, I can truthfully say that I have never met a man so knowledgeable in his trade. I called Clayton Benio one day and he came out the same day and personally told me exactly why my well was not pumping as it should. He told me what it would cost me and went beyond what he said he would do and did not add anything to the price. He also told me that I could watch him and explained everything to me as he did the work. Everything was done that day. He did not quit at 4:30 P.M. He continued working and finished the job completely at 7:30 P.M. I would personally recommend him to anyone concerning anything to do with working on a well.

My home was hit by lightning and it took out our pump, we called him from recommendation’s and he came out that night and did everything he could to get us water that night and returned the next day and fixed our pump! Very friendly and professional I would highly recommend his services!

In the last 36years in my house I have had many companies work on my well. NOT ONE has ever given me the satisfaction and great work like Clayton Benio. He was incredibly professional, personable, and most importantly had the years and knowledge to fix my well issue quickly and CORRECTLY. I can’t tell you how many companies saw my well and never corrected it. I now have water pressure I have NEVER had all these years. I highly recommend him!!

My mothers jet pump providing water to home took a crap. Clayton was extremely understanding of the importance for getting her back in service ASAP. He arrived in short time, assessed what was needed and began taking action. he also installed a shutoff switch at the pump for easy access for her in future if needed.

Clayton has came out on short notice twice when I have had well issues. He does a great job, is very knowledgable, and goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of. Will definitely go to him for all my future well needs and recommend him to everyone.

Although I have know Clayton for some time ...I never needed his services until the other day when I got home from work and had no water. I called Clayton . He said to relax he would take care of it . I left my garage door up so he could have access to the panel box because I had to work . He did not only fixed it but did an awesome job . I totally recommend him and I am so thankful for his quick response .Totally dependable guy !!!

Clay was absolutely the best! Talk about a genuine person, and I can read people very well, he is by far that and more. He was on time, quick and very educational. Any questions we had he answered and checked up on us even after the install was complete to see if everything was working great. It's people like him that I wish more people were like in the business world. The satisfaction and customer service was Top Notch.
