Of course on the 4th of July my son tells me there is water all over the basement...They said they could be here from 12-2pm which I was grateful for . Brandon called and said he would be there in 20 minutes. Thank goodness my dad had told me about them when I previously had a pipe break in the house. Astonished by their quick response and reasonable pricing!

We had Jon and Chris from Hocker’s come here to do two difference services two days apart. They were punctual, friendly and precise. Also sending us prior confirmation notifications, as well as a photo i.d. upon arrival. Walked us through everything. Saved us what would have been an immediate loan through the bank. I was very happy with my experience. Jon G. Was my technician and he explained everything to me as he went. Jon was very courtesy and through talking to him he was very knowledgeable. I am very happy with my overall experience. The price was very fair and he showed up 3 hours early.

I went to Hockers to have them help me buy a couple toilets and a sink for my remodeling project. The help I received was great and they delivered them too! I was grateful when I asked them to install them too a few days later....we were too overwhelmed with the other details of the project to install the toilets ourselves. I loved the service so much that I just sent another request to them this past Friday.... ordering more Items and asking them for help installing a cast iron tub. I know they will serve me well in the future with all my plumbing needs! Thank you to the entire Hockers Plumbing team!

I had some toilet/sewer issues in early January. I called another plumbing company and got some quotes for new toilet. Thought I better check around and called Hockers due to their Yellow Page ad. The lady I spoke with (sorry, I don't remember her name) was amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly, patient.... I couldn't have been more pleased with her very thorough explanation and what I could expect. The serviceman Evan showed up on time, was efficient, friendly. There were some bigger issues than anticipated, but all was handled quickly. I was afraid my original quote would be doubled with the extra work that needed to be done, but was pleasantly surprised when the bill cam and was only $150.00 more.



I am very pleased to recommend them to anyone who asks, and I will go back for future plumbing needs.

We called them to check on our Hot Water Heater, they arrived when they said they would and fixed the problem under the warranty. No Problems, no hassles, just great service.

I use Hockers for all of my plumbing needs. But what I like best? It seems that recently I've been calling them with an emergency. They've always come out the same day and fixed my problem. Their charges seem very reasonable too.

I called Keri on Saturday 3/3/12 at 2:48 PM. The plumber Tom was dispatched promptly arriving at 3:25 PM. He solved my under the kitchen sink plumbing configuration problem immediately and was finished in 30 minutes. You could not ask for better service. Hockers Plumbing will be my first call when I need plumbing services in the future. They are the best !!! I had a similarly wonderful experience with them on 7/7/11 when my water heater pilot assembly needed to be replaced, again on a Saturday. I received super service by Erv at that time too.

My wife and I have lived in Allouez for 13 years and have used Hockers Plumbing on a number of occasions. We have found their staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. They respond quickly and provide excellent service--all at a reasonable cost!

Our hot water heater's pilot light would not stay lit. Nothing like waking up to a cold shower...

One early, early morning call to Hockers (a real person answered the phone!), and within a few hours our problem was solved.

I found a pool in my basement, called Hockers and 2-1/2 hours later I could no longer take a dip. The plumber that came to my house was friendly and courteous; fast and efficient; and even explained the problem and showed me the proof. I am so very happy that I stumbled onto this company. I'll call them if my tree roots grow into the drain again or if any other plumbing problem surfaces. Thank you very much.

Late on New Years night, our drains started not working in the basement. It was good to be able to call a 24 hr business and get a real person to talk to. They were there early the next morning and done in less than an hour.

Hockers is my new favorite place to go for plumbing needs.



My refrigerator died during the December '10 blizzard when I had company and my husband was leaving for a business trip. When the new one finally arrived, the appliance company couldn't install it because the ice machine line started dripping. Time to find a plumber--fast! I called several plumbers and no one could come that same day. Then I called Hockers. They were out within two hours and fixed my ice machine line for what I felt was a reasonable amount.



It took two more days for the appliance company to come out again and install the new fridge (which had been placed in my living room until the water line was fixed.) I wish they had been as prompt as Hockers. Had it not been for Hocker's fast service, I probably would have been stuck without a fridge the week before the holidays.

From the showroom to our kitchen, everyone at Hockers made the move to our new house a breeze, getting our new appliances hooked up and new fixtures installed. Very personable and accommodating, finding solutions for every little thing. On to the bathrooms next, and we will definitely be back.
