Horrible!!!! Rude!!! Worst customer care EVER IN MY LIFE!!

They sold my Fiancé a lemon, took her $35,000 and ran left her and our NEW BORN PREEMIE BABY, with no A/C in 105° weather with heat advisory across the state. She paid in full for a brand new Truck and now even a little over a year and a half the A/C goes out and the Battery and they won't fix it,


The head manager was a complete Jerk, and went back on his word he promised to fix the A/C then lied and didn't fix it. Ripped us off completely, my fiancé Purchased a New 2014 Z71 From this dealer bought it ought right that year brand new 0 miles right off the lot ( PAID IN FULL ) mind you, $35,000 and we've had nothing but trouble with it, it's a 2014 make date was the latter part of 2014 so it's production date is 2015, not even a year and a half later the A/C compressor went out, a week before.

This business is a JOKE, THE MANAGEMENT, THE OWNER AND THE ENTIRE GENTRY CHEVROLET COMPANY ONE BIG
