Formed in 1966, Engineered Air s first year sales were more than $90,000. By the end of its first decade of service, the company s sales reached $6 million. The company designs, manufactures and markets heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment. Engineered Air was using customized manufacturing processes while other manufacturers were opting for standardization. During the 90s, the company expanded its market through the purchase of AIRTEX Radiant Systems and QDT Heat Pipe. By the turn of the century, the company s sales reached more than $100 million.
