I would not recommend this storage unit to anyone. We had a unit for 5 mts. The roof had leaked in the very back and this was a big unit packed full. We had no Idea that the unit had standing water in the very back. We noticed mold on a dresser in the front and started to dig deeper and found the further back we went the worse it got. We had over $9,000 dollars worth of items ruined. The owner said " we should have aired it out". They could have at least returned our rent of $750.00. What a mess. Yes we should have had Ins. I just wonder what the BBB would think of this company. My friends, family and myself will never use this company ever again. I just hope someone else will not make the same mistakes I did.
