I've had some nice experience with other Goodyear auto center but this auto center on Erie Blvd is the one NOT to go to, people there have some real bad attitude, maybe some customer service re-training would help.

This Goodyear Auto Service Center has the WORST customer service that I've ever experienced. I waited 5 hours to have our oil changed and when we asked why it took so long, the person behind the counter was impolite and made it sound like it was my fault because I didn't specify that I needed it to be done earlier. Not to mentioned that I made an appointment to go in this morning. The worst part is, I had oil change there once before and paid $20, same thing cost me $45 today. I'd rather deal with their competition and if need be pay more just to deal with an honest business. Place like this one gives Goodyear a bad name.
